Neither my husband or I eat them, but the recips do look good, for the people who do like them.

I've recently read up on avocados and tried them for the first time. I mean, I've tried guacamole dip but always disliked it. The other day I had a few bites and then ate one mixed in my oatmeal, not bad. I then tried to eat one just as is and the problem was its greasy texture and taste combo made me gag for some reason. I was annoyed because I know they have great health benefits and many people enjoy them, but I will have to revisit them in the future to see if my tastes have changed.

Cold pasta salad is improved with avocado in it... and Italian dressing on avocado alone tastes great.

Why in the world would you put avacado in your oatmeal? You may as well just toss up a salad and mix that in your oatmeal too.

I just eat them right out of the skin with a spoon and tabasco sauce, it's my favorite snack.

Well I was reading how they share traits of fruits and vegetables, with people putting salt and pepper on them sometimes, so I thought I would give it a try. I've been into this steel-cut oatmeal kick and have been trying a lot of different ways to dress it.
