well this is a famous trails FT300 Ariel night vision Monocular that my wife bought me for my 30th B-day, not a bad gift i use the night vision to look at the stars, see what is going on about the area

she bought this at Big 5 sporting goods and yes they are legal to have

i'm 34 now had this night vision a long time it works well except in very dark areas where you have to use the IR device(which i have about but never attached it)
