I agree with Carla about Macaffee.

Personally, when I use Windows, I use AVG, combined w/ Windows Defender. Arguably more important than the virus software is the spyware software, though. I use AdAware for that, and I've also heard good things about SpyBot. If you have to run Windows, I'd use all of those.

That's weird..I use McAfee, and have for years and years now....I run Windows XP, and that hasn't happened to any of the 7 systems I have..
