Humans are part of nature.
Therefore, homosexuality is natural.

Whether homosexuality is a desirable trait or an undesirable one in nature is another question entirely. The fact that homosexuality persists in nature may mean that a certain level of homosexuality in a population is desirable in some evolutionary way.

I think the point is that it doesn't have to be "natural" for homosexuals to rightly be treated equally under law.
