Killing someone then getting caught in Texas is never a good idea.

I say let her face the consequences.

As she was born In the British Virgin Islands I suppose some could claim she Is British. However, the Islands are British rule same as the Falkland Islands. Frankly, even If she has a british passport ( two a penny here) she committed the crime In America and must abide by the law of Texas.

If she claims to be so bloody British, then why was she not living in Britain? I'm sick of these people who commit the most henious of crimes such as getting caught smuggling heroin into Thailand. All the time they get away with their crimes, they are African, Indian, whatever. As soon as they are caught and convicted they are screaming for the British Government and it's people to Intervene. Tough... If she's guilty... let her fry.
