Carl Rinsch has left Logan's Run and working on another film.
The directors attached to Warner Brothers’ new proposed “Logan’s Run” remake have as short of a life as the characters in the film, and Carl Erik Rinsch is no exception. The commercial director, who was the latest attached to helm the remake of the 1976 movie, has left the project to instead concentrate on Universal’s ‘47 Ronin’ with Keanu Reeves, Slashfilm.com is reporting.
Now Joel Silver and Akiva Goldsman, the producers of ‘Logan’s Run,’ are yet again looking for someone else to direct the movie, which was penned by ‘28 Days Later’ screenwriter Alex Garland. Other directors who have previously been attached to the film include Joseph Kosinski, Robert Schwentke and Bryan Singer.
