Big Document there and need some time to go through it. I don't think it is an issue of overpopulation but overpopulating a specify area instead of spreading out as Australia is a big country but in the city and metro areas some suburbs are starting to become overcrowded with a certain nationalities such as Middle-East people who have basically taken over a few suburbs.

The "bigness" of an area, doesn't relate directly to its carrying capacity long term population.
Desert areas have a very low carrying capacity, as do mountain tops, and other inhospitable areas (i.e. with bad soils, bad water, etc.).
Australia is not alone in far exceeding its total long term carrying capacity by allowing gross immigration.
